Multi-tier Distributed Constructor of Mining MIS

By analyzing some models of mining MIS development, the model of multi-tier distributed constructor of mining MIS development is put forward in this paper. This paper also discusses the core technology of multi-tier distributed constructor in detail and introduces the application of mining production plan management system.
