Cluster and load balancing are strategies to solve the problem of network bottleneck of large scale online website and improve its network flexibility and reliability.This paper analyses cluster and load balancing related techniques,puts forward and experiments on a cluster-based load balancing strategy of map website using electronic map website of Shanxi Province as a case study.
