The analysis of copyright of network works

Network challenges the traditional copyright system,thereafter,series of new legal problems coming,and then,cases run on copyright tort in network become more and more.How to solve these new legal problems has been a public problem for the whole world.In this paper,we discussed some legal problems of copyright in the network environ- ment.
