Honglei Cui · Ship & Ocean Engineering · 2011
To solve the shortcomings of voice communications system on ships, integrate multiple networks better, and to meet the trend of information on ships, the next-generation networking technology, the soft-switching technology was introduced to design and research the voice communications system on ships. It also analyzed and researched the system architecture, insert devices solutions and the key techniques.Through technology integration and system design, the traditional voice services can be combined with traditional data services in order to implement low-cost IP voice services and IP data services on a network.
