A Secure Routing Method for Wormhole Attack

For Ad Hoc network is vulnerable to the wormhole attack and wormhole attack is dangerous and difficult to defend,this paper proposes a secure routing method based on time and number of hops.By comparing two limits of the time difference and the hop number difference,it effective chooses the safer route and abandons the route which may exist wormhole attack in order to establish the credible data transmission channel.NS2 simulation experimental result shows that this method can significantly improve the wormhole attack detection rate and reduce the packet loss rate in data transmission.
