Performance Analysis of MPI Collective Communication

MPICH is the most popular free message passing system for cluster. The parallel program is deeply depended on the collective communication functions in MPICH library. Based the characteristics of collective functions, this paper explores the implementing mechanism initially, and tests the performance of MPICH collective functions on the NOWs of Windws-10M and Linux-100M respectively.
