There is a wide variety of mining equipments,and to its spare parts management is becoming more and more important.Aiming at establishing the mining equipment spare parts inventory management system,inventory management work flow and main content were analyzed.The results have certain reference significance for the similar coal mine enterprises to design spare parts inventory management system.
