The Design of Digital Community Monitoring System

This paper studies and designs a digital community monitor system based on wearable physiological detecting technology. It analyses and designs the framework of this system,specifies the main function mode of home computer and community monitor center,including data processing,the display of wave,feature extraction and analysis,network communication between home computer and community monitor center,patients' and community doctors' or nurses' information management,case history management,and analyses the main technology in realizing this system. The system has fused digital-home technology,and it can be accepted by users and popularized easily. The system can provide users with more medical treatment,hygiene,medical education service,and it has realized the real time communication of users and community center by using network technology. Besides,it connects with hospital information system,and perfects the country health system.
