A DISTRIBUTION NETWORK RECONFIGURATION ALGORITHM FOR SERVICE RESTORATION AFTER FAULTS AND LOAD BALANCE
Qingshan Xu · Power System Technology · 2002
The service restoration of a constraineddistribution network after faults is a multi-object optimization problem. In this paper two feeder reconfiguration algorithms for the purpose of service restoration and load balance under a real-time operation environment are described. However, if a feasible solution does not exist, it is impossible to provide an optimal project for minimizing the inevitable load drop by the above mentioned algorithms. Therefore, an algorithm in which the heuristic rules combined with the fuzzy logic is put forward. Testing results show that this algorithm is effective and robust.
