The enterprises' informationalization of our country has made considerable progress,and information resources have become the most important resources of current times,but meanwhile,as a kind of economic resources,information resources need to be allocated rationally.This thesis,beginning with the puuting forward of information resources allocation,deals with the recognition of the enterprises' information resources allocation and studies the measure of the information resources allocation.
