Construction and Application of An Extended Wavelet

A new extended construction method of the second generation wavelet based on construction of the second wavelet was proposed.By the method,the order of the Sweldens interpolating polynomial was extended from odd to natural number,and the selected range of vanishing wavelet moment was extended from even to natural number.Using the extended second generation wavelet and the second wavelet,the simulation experiments of filtering the optic fiber gyro drift was carried out.The simulated results show that the extended second generation wavelet can supply more wavelets and ideal application effect.
