It is generally believed that only circuit value of electro-magnet vec tor-potential A has physics meaning while value A on each point does not.From t he perspective of energy and momentum of field,through direct observance of expe riments on the basis of quantum mechanics, the writer of this article proposes t hat A should be a quantum with physics meaning.
