Through the measurement with omi-directional loudspeaker driven by digital signals and analyses with the correlation technique,it turns out that the correlation function between sound pressure signals measured in the room and electrical signal imported to the speaker is equal to the convolution between the loudspeaker and room impulse response. The measurement method of loudspeaker response in anechoic room or in situ is presented. The accurate room impulse response can be obtained by elimination of loudspeaker response with the decorrelation technique. The results show that this method has the reliability, availability and prospects of being applied in the acoustical measurement.
