The evidence qualifications of electronic evidences are problems concerning with it that whether E-evidences quoted by the litigant body in the lawsuit can be accepted and the related acceptability criteria can be defined.Evidences with validity and objectivity as well as relevancy can be used as gist to decide on a verdict.There is no exception to criminal E-evidences.Only after being verified valid and objective as well as relevant can the E-evidences be used as gist for a verdict consideration.
