Along with the development of modern information technology,regional economic development becomes more and more dependent on information.University,as a place endowed with rich information resources,needs to make full use of its advantages reasonably to serve regional economy except for its service in teaching and scientific research by providing the information consultation,constructing information resource service platform,perfecting service structure and bringing into play practical functions.
