XML New Approach to Share Special Information and Co-operation in WebGIS

This article gives a new approach to solve the problem of sharing the geographical special information with a new method of XML(eXtensible Markup Language).In this article ,author designs the whole frame of sharing the geographical special information and solves the problem that the geographical special information was issued,shared and co-operated in Internet/Intranet.
