A Contrastive Study of Double Quantitative Structure in Chinese and English

Double quantitative structure is a common sentence pattern both in English and Chinese.However,in the structure,there are much differences in the syntactic distribution of the two numeral classifier phrases in Chinese and English.And the basic reason for the differences is the different nature of topic in the two languages.
