Practice and Exploration of Managerial Reform of the Fund for Testing and Analyzing

The role, features and managerial model of the fund for testing and analyzing were discussed. The active role for promoting scientific research, enhancing utilization ratio of scientific instruments was summarized as well. Finally, the problem existed at present and the course of the managerial reform were pointed out.
