New Block Matching Motion Estimation Algorithm

Noticing the correlation of the neighbor frames in video sequences,and based on the analysis of the high precision of block matching method and the high speed of operation of three-step search,a modified block matching motion estimation algorithm was developed.The experimental result shows that the operation amount of this new method is less than EBMA method and has higher precision than three-step searching method.
