The combination of Multimedia and GIS technology is introduced briefly.Firstly,it introduces the nowadays popular method to combine the traditional GIS with Multimedia technology.Then,the second part mainly describes the function design and physical implementation of standard plot managing system based on Multimedia GIS technology.Finally,it draws a conclusion and promotes the future problems to be resolved.
