The meaning of strategic management and the general situation of strategic management system were introduced.The research and exploration on strategic management system of East China Grid Company Lit.(ECGC) was expounded in such fields as strategic research and analysis,strategy formulation,strategy implementation,strategy evaluation and competitive intelligence service system.Since strategic environment is increasingly sophisticated,power grid enterprises must be focused on building appropriate strategy management system.ECGC initially established a closed-loop management system with the core of strategic planning which can adaptively satisfy the company′s current development needs and increase the capacity significantly of formulation and implementation of company′s development strategy.
