Copyright Protection of Webpage Works

This text introduces the essential attribute of the webpage works, and explain the affirmation and the protection of the works form of the webpage and the copyright owner's interests by the copyright law,point out the right limitation and exception of the copyright of webpage works and analyses the tort behavior of the webpage works, the principle of the tort liability for acceptance and the legal means which the copyrighter can use to protect the webpage works by oneself.
