On management of invisible assets of water resources institutions

Based on the introduction of the origin and content of invisible assets,the improvement of the important ring in the management of invisible assets is put forward,and the corresponding countermeasures are given with regard to the existing problems in the management of inbisible assets of water resources institutions.
