The Design of Central Parts about Inclined-hole and Partial-wheel Seeding Device of the Rape Sower

The inclined-hole and partial-wheel seeding device can fill holes automatically relying on the overall structural design,inclined-hole structure,seed gravity and mutual crowd pressure.It can discharge seeds and clear holes by seed gravity and embedded partial-wheel.The inclined-hole contain upper tilt-designed part and lower vertical-designed part.According agronomic requirement,set partial wheel diameter of 100 mm,angular velocity of 4 rad /s,linear speed of 0.64 r /s,planting number of 35 /m,24 inclined-holes with two rows of staggered arrangement,and adjacent inclined-hole with angle of 30 degrees.In order to clear seed completely,two 5mm distance rows of pushing seed gears with 8 teeth are designed.Certificating by the reverse metering,we can draw out the seed space is 35mm that accord with rape seed spacing 30-50 mm scope of the standard.
