Design and Implement of Synthetic Sending Platform of Meteorological Warning Information

Monitoring disaster and sending warning information are important parts of meteorological services.The Meteorological Warning Information Publishing Platform presented in this paper is designed to improve the meteorological warning services and information infrastructure efficiency.Many techniques,such as database application,software programming and GIS,were applied to analyze the basic data products of the system,and help to determine the valid information terminals in the range of meteorological warning services so as publish all kinds of warning information effectively.Many other techniques such as General Packet Radio Service,Code Division Multiplex Access,and Web Services etc.,are great contributions to the implementation of uniform platform warning information publishing with varied terminals as electronic display screen,meteorological warning machine,and decision-making mobiles.
