TCP friendly rate control algorithm with data buffer control

The protocol TFRC doesn't consider the buffer's impact of sending rate.It leads to the buffer overflows sometime and media data take up more bandwidth.Aiming at this problem,BC-TFRC is put forward.The sending rate is adjusted according to the states of receiver's buffer and the state of the network.The experiments prove that the algorithm is effective.
