Research on the copyright of video recordings of the lectures held in the library

Video recording means the video products which reflect the speaker's understanding of a certain problem of his or her unique ideas of a problem.The information resources of the lectures of the video recordings have been regarded as an important element in the storage of the library.Sponsoring and organizing lectures is a major task of libraries,and it also brings about some tough problems to the libraries.Starting from the features of the video products,this article makes a research on the owner and the copyright of the video products,the right of the speaker,etc..The author of this article points out that libraries should pay more attention to the settlement of the conflicts caused by the copyright of the video products so as to conform to the ever-changing environment of the protection of knowledge property.
