A Case Study in Intelligent Office-Automation System Based on Dynamic Workflow

This paper sets out to examine the defects due to unintelligentization and shortautomation of the OfficeAutomation System,upon which we advance DecisionRoute Support System,Model of Intelligent OfficeAutomation System and Reference Model of Intelligent Dynamic Workflow. It proposes to use them as a mechanism to intellectualize the OfficeAutomation System and to perfect it in automatability,flexibility and compatibility,and at the same time enable Workflow Management System to be of Transportability.
