A Thought on Countermeasures of Promoting College Political Work Cadres' Emergency Disposal Ability

This paper provides the definitions and types of campus public emergencies.Combining the main characteristics of current campus public emergencies,it analyzes the main causes of college political work cadre's poor response and disposal of campus public emergency.For some political work cadre's defects such as low political sensitivity,weak sense of responsibility and lack of practical ability to deal with public emergencies,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from fostering and promoting political work cadre's high political sensitivity,improving the comprehensive quality of the emergency response and stting up an advanced concept of information publicity.
