In recent years,with the frequent appearance of academic impetuous,academic corruption and some violations scientific re- search reputation event.It set the urgent request to our country to further strengthened the scientific research reputation construction. This article utilizes the newest research result of the information economics,the institution economics and the game theory.We give the basic concept of the behavior to violations scientific research reputation.We also analysis the institution reason of the behavior to the vi- olations scientific research reputation,and according to the above put forward the consummation proposal of scientific research reputation management.
