The ecologic disturbance monitoring system based on the 3S,using ArcGIS Engine,IDL,SQL Sever and network technology,realizing the mining resources,production and management of scientific management and the comprehensive analysis of the eco-environment of mining area,provides decision-making support for the department of land and resources and the administrative department of Geology and Mineral.This paper introduced the design and realization of the system,the modules of this system,the function and configuration of every modules and the characters of the technology which we adopted.
