On Editing Quality of University Journals in Network Era

The wide application of network brings great changes to all the links in editorial work,including column design,contributions reviewing,editing,proofing and management of contributions,etc..Among the factors which influence the editing quality,editors' comprehensive level and contributions' quality are the most important.The improvement of editing quality of university journals should be guaranteed by high-level editors,and also stable and adequate high-quality contributions.
