Information Guarantee Model and Operation Mechanism of Knowledge Innovation

Knowledge innovation requires effective information guarantee. The socialized information guarantee model, mainly based on local system, combined with all kinds of information guarantee institutes, is a scientific, reasonable information guarantee model. Its function is building an abundant information source system, forming an accessible books and information index net, providing services in research and consulting. Its operating mechanism involves socialized adjusting mechanism, interests balance mechanism, technology guarantee mechanism and standardization mechanism.
