Application of CMMI in network security project management

In the network security of a late start in project management,the security,product development processes,standards and project management are far from perfect.CMMI project,as a part of software management,support the large complex product development processes,and the successful practice in other industries and applications,lead to national security and network security products development and application of unit's attention.In this paper,follow the national norms on the basis of security products,network security organization in the application of project management,CMMI,process capability improvement according CodeReview data collected before and after a comprehensive analysis,reflects the effect of process improvement.So it improves R D efficiency,standardize development process,reduce development costs and enhance the quality of the outcome of security products.For enhance the quality of products for network security it is of great significance.
