This article summarized the main theory mainpoints of control theory in each development phase.Based on the elaboration artificial Intelligence theory,we proposed that the artificial emotion(the robot emotion realization)is the essential process of intelligent control development,and the emotion thought control is the main part of robot senior intelligence control.
