Assessment of the Modern Educational Technology Training to Primary and Secondary School Teachers on County-level Based on PSR Model

With the new requirements constantly promoting quality education and curriculum reform,the educational technology training to secondary and primary school teachers in China is more and more critical to teachers'further education.Based on the survey of county-level,this paper proposes PAR model theory to assess the norms of modern educational technology training in this case.
