Forward-Secure ElGamal Digital Signature

Forward-Secure is an important way to protect the secret key of digital signatures. Propose a new forward-secure ElGamal digital signature by CA and Z polynomial, which key update algorithm is simple. In this scheme, although attacker has known the private key in periodj, he can't achieve any information to get other private keys.
