Design to the System for Monitoring the Dry Separation of RawCoal

The paper introduced the hardware configuration and software structure of the system made up of WinCC and PLC for monitoring and controlling the dry separation of raw coal. In the system, Siemens PLC served as lower position processor to monitor spot data, WinCC configuration software was applied for upper position processor to realize real-time industrial data platform, thus real-time collection to parameters, dynamic display of simulative production process and real-time data curve and look up of history curve can be achieved.
