Sample Collecting Status for DHI and Its Improvement Measures

This paper reviewed the sample collecting status for DHI and its improvement measures in Hubei area,and pointed out the existing problems,which limited the effects of determinations and applications of DHI.It also put forward the improvement measures to solve these problems.
