Scheme of Soft Frequency Reuse Based on Dynamic Carrier Allocation

A scheme combining dynamic carrier allocation with resource allocation is proposed in this paper for multi- user diversity which do not exist in the scheme of static carrier allocation. Simulation results show that this scheme can obtain higher capacity for those users at the edge than the traditional scheme and guarantee the rate of cell edge users.
