The paper introduces a semiautomatic extract technology of semantic relation of domain-specified concepts based on templates.The results of experiment on principles of computer organization domain are satisfied.It gives an introduction about semantic relation type,the basic characteristic and detail implementation of the semiautomatic extract technology,the experiment with the result analysis and the future work.
