Inquiry into and Analysis of Civil Jurisdiction of Law Cases Infringing upon Network Copyright

The development of network technology is making the idea of become common understanding of network users.But being a new thing, Internet unavoidably brings with great challenge to traditional system of intellectual property right. The conflict between the idea of resource sharing and exclusiveness of copyright is even obvious and it brings with theoretical predicament to civil jurisdiction of law cases infringing upon network copyright.The author tries to find solving way of the problem from the scholars' theoretical research and judical interpretation.The refore,she puts forward the principle of preference of plaintiff's abode,the principle of infringement act scene and the principle of infringement result site.
