The concept of i-v Fuzzy ideal of semigroup is introduced. The specific properties of i-v Fuzzy ideal of semigroup are studied. Meanwhile,some characteristic properties that i-v Fuzzy subsets of semigroup becomes i-v Fuzzy ideal are given.
