VolSurf software and its application in high throughput screening of pharmacokinetic characteristics in silico

The mode of new drug research and development (RD) has changed greatly up to now, which needs the help of pharmacokinetic study in the early stage of drug RD to minimize the loss. In this review, one of the softwares-VolSurf was introduced which is being deve- loped and utilized broadly with the aim of new drug pharmacokinetics high throughput screening in silico.
