Flow control of campus network not only is the basis of stable network and efficient operation,but also basis and precondition of kinds of Qos service model.The key of this paper is to consider the impact of the P2P in the campus network,by means of synchronized control technology of network flow,so we can avoid P2P occupy superfluous network bandwidth and improve entire Qos service of campus network..
