Combination principles and their application in the design of new drugs

To find lead compounds and optimize the structure of lead compounds is the main task for research and development of new drugs.The structure combination has increasingly become a strategy for design and development of the lead compounds for new drugs that can create a new situation for the development of new drugs.In this paper,the essential theories,methods,development tendency,achievements of structure combination in research and development of new drugs were reviewed.
