Negative effect and countermeasures of network culture to university student's thought

Network culture,which is like a double-edged sword,has double effects.The article makes an analysis of the negative effects of the culture of the network,proposes some suggestions as the followings,that is,strengthening government supervision,optimizing network environment,reinforcing network education,leading young students to surf with sanity, establishing a network ideological education platform,setting up a team of teachers who do ideological work to students both with speciality or part-time job and enhancing campus culture,so as to form mutual education in network culture.
