Method of Color Image Retrieval Based on Quantified Color Space

In HSV color space that is the best visual identity of people,color images can be quantified and quantitative handle again,so the impact of the continuity of the color is overcome in retrieval.the Euclidean distance is used in the retrieval of a Color image database.Because the Euclidean distance in retrieval process does not take into account similarities between the color limitations,and so the introduction of a similar color,matching similar matrix,using histogram quadratic distance formula as a similar measure to achieve a more satisfactory results.
