Low value resistance of production and research

This paper describes the production of the resistor,and introduces a method of making low resistance techniques,to produce a nominal value of a low value resistor 0. 01000 Ω,kelvin bridge with its measurement,and the measurement results are given its standard uncertainty,and the innovative experiment are summarized.
