Design of a Voltage Reference for PWM

Based on the principle of the traditional bandgap reference,a voltage reference for PWM is designed.The technology used in the design is 4 μm bipolar process.The voltage reference is controlled by the under voltage lockout circuit in the modulator.Simulation is carried out by Cadence Spectre and the results show that the voltage reference,which can meet the requirement of PWM,has the characteristics of small temperature coefficient,high PSRR and excellent loading ability.
